Give or take a few points and a few goals, I suppose roughly in the same ball park.as Germany, Canada and Uruguay really.
To be fair on them, the pool of players and funding for Qatar and Wales is probably fairly similar. Gone are the days of Southall, Aldridge, Rush, etc who still struggled thanks to being surrounded by Division 3 and 4 players. |  |
