Given the intensity that we train at the phrase 'back training with the group' also tends to mean they are much closer to getting some match minutes than it might have done under previous managers.

'Back in training' often used to mean that players were still weeks away from making a match day squad.

Having Aluko back is the biggest plus for me. I believe without the Injury.. those draws with sheff wed and Charlton wouldn't have happened. Finally someone who can hold the ball up in the final third when we need it.
