Makes me think if we can get up and make some quality additions (3 or 4 at least) then we could certainly be competitive. Sunderland were not great last season.

I've been looking at this and he's been dropped for quite some time now.

Just looked and they switched keepers on 17 September and the current incumbent appears to be doing significantly better conceding 12 in 12 with 4 clean sheets compared to 13 from 9 with 2 clean sheets.
