Now that we know it's Burnley at home. 16:28 - Jan 8 with 2121 viewsMeadowlark

I have a question.
I tried to buy two tickets for the tie against Rotherham using two different customer numbers, (ie my number and my mate's number) but it wouldn't let me do that and we had to make two individual purchases.
With Burnley in mind, what was I doing wrong?

Add your mate to your 'friends and family' list. Then you can buy two tickets at the same time and allocate one to him.

Why didn’t you just buy two tickets on one (your) number?

He is already on my list.
I have done that many times for away matches, but it didn't work for Rotherham at home!

Only allowed one ticket per number (I think)

Perhaps we will be able to sit in our usual (season ticket) seats anyway?

Naaa, not for home games, especially cups. I got 7 on my number for the Buxton game.

OK. Ta.
That was probably what I was doing wrong.
Should have gone for two on my number instead of using two numbers.

Do the club allow ST holders first option on their own seats? I’m getting pissed off with 3 people that ALWAYS buy me and friends seats in section 5, yet they’re nowhere to be seen for league games.

That’s how I did it for the Rotherham games. Logged in as me picked two seats and assigned one to my son who’s on my friends and family list.
