If we can't find a way 17:43 - Feb 4 with 930 views | Cheltenham_Blue | to beat half the teams in this league who will simply put ten behind the ball, then we will NEVER get out of this league, its as simple as that. We over play it, constantly. We cannot play this league as though we are a Premier League side in waiting. Cambridge hassled us throughout the game, we never got a moment on the ball in the attacking third, but they were happy to let us have it in our own half. Three moments summed up the performance for me: The 6 or 7 passes right across the edge of their box about 20 minutes in with no one coming close to getting a shot away. Clarke letting the ball bounce when Ironside was right there and Burns electing to go for the spectacular winner rather than squaring to Chaplin or Ladapo for a tap in. Play offs, if we are lucky, at this rate.

If we won at home (as we did against Cambridge) on 17:54 - Feb 4 with 849 views | Nthsuffolkblue | and drew away (as we did against Cambridge) in every match, we would be promoted.

But we aren't doing that are we? Since October we've drawn 50% of our home games and lost a third of our away games.

Yep and I'm wondering if our 'attack attack attack' style has started to kill us as sides have started to find ways to combat it.

We currently are not and need to return to doing so. As I say, we have done against today's opposition. We could have done with a win today but to take isolated the worst results in a season is not a complete picture. We are on poor form and any further continuation is the end of any chance of automatic promotion. That is indisputable. EDIT: On the home and away stats, we have also won 1 away match making the points away from home spot on but dropping points at home being the costly part - losing us 6 points (the gap to the top two). ....a Mick'esq team. Though with Keogh at the back...looking to turn our CBs is fairly basic football.

We've been on poor form since October 29th. It's February 4th. So we've been in poor form for half of the season played so far with about a third to go. The time for 'any further continuation' was before the Oxford game. We should have come out of 'the blip' now. But its just going on and on and on.
