I think McKenna will stick with a back four on Saturday, even if I’d prefer to see a back three. I also think the rest of the team is pretty much nailed on, providing Evans is fit. So the big question is who will play at centre back? Each have their pros and cons, each combination has positive and negatives.
I don’t feel confident with any combination, which isn’t a great position to be. Perhaps Edmundson and Burgess, to have a right/left combination with Edmundson on his right side? But, as I said, every combination has one or more issues to contend with. |  |

Woolfenden and Burgess for me. Fridge was really jumpy last night. dived in way too much.
But I agree they all have their weaknesses and strengths, so probably depends who else he has on the pitch.
Quick shout out for Humphreys again in that centre mid role, really didn't look out of place. I wouldn't be too down if Evans wasn't fit, and we had to go with Cam and Morsy again. | |
