Ipswich Town rosette pin badge 14:16 - Feb 13 with 1097 views

I lost out on an eBay auction for an old rosette-style Town pin badge which I hadn't previously come across.

I do wonder if I'll see it crop up again on eBay. Does anybody have one of these or has seen one before? I'd quite like to add it to my little collection.

Never seen that design before. It is quite a nice one. Do they go for much? I wouldn't have thought they were especially collectible.

I remember having a proper rosette for my 1st ever Town game back on April 82. The blue part turned purple over time and the bit with the badge on was just an old birthday card recycled . I should have called Watchdog but I guess they had bigger fish to fry.

I have a lovely pin that I bought in 1980 from the old shop, of just the horse above a bar that just says 'Ipswich'. It's in my box of 'lovely things' as i call it for the wife. Full set of 61/2 programmes, some gig tickets, full set of Scootermanias, set of 66' World cup squad atographs, and Alf Ramseys that i got outside the old Great Mills DIY on Ranleigh Road!

Me too ! Think mine was 78 FA Cup . Might still have it in the loft .
