ifollow refund... 17:17 - Feb 24 with 944 viewsBigCommon

So, I did the decent thing and waited to see if ifollow were refunding for the Sheff W match pass, that couldn't be used, off of their own backs....
Nah.. Nearly 2 weeks, and nothing....Cheeky sh1ts..

They did, however, refund , instantly, after a quick email.. A tenner is a tenner at the end of the day.. But they are definitely trying it on, and hoping that lots of people don't make a claim.. They should just insta-refund everyone imo..

Agree, my refund was 3 x days, from match day, & as a foreign subscriber it was much less, but point made, let’s hope next seasons town tv improves things.

They refused to refund me because they could see that I watched on my Iphone. The fact I wouldn't have paid to watch omn my phone is irrelevant apparently.

Not defending them but can see why they would try it on. There must be 100,000 people paying to watch games from around the football league when you think of some of the big clubs in the 72. For a game like that there was probably 5000 Town fans alone.

If even a small percentage do not ask for a refund then it's a big win for them. It would likely be be ifollow ST subscribers not asking for a refund rather than those who paid for the individual game but at £3.40ish per game i's going to save them a big chunk of money if people don't bother.

I must admit, I didn't bother. For £3.40 I didn't see the point in risking it and not being able to watch in future when working.

Truly impaired.

It's a massive c0ck up on their part, a very expensive mistake potentially

Alcohol is the answer but I can't remember the question!
