Good points: Excellent young player good at any of the 4 full back positions and can also play as a holding midfielder or box to box. Worth his place in the team of the year. Bad points. He is a Norwich player. I am not sure if he has a future there but even if not they may not sell to a direct rival. Clarke is good but IMO better playing at CB, expecially on the right side of a back 3.

I think he's very average, very poor at defending.
Won't get in norwich team

Sounds like he'd fit in well with them...

based on what I have seen of them on TV, I'm surprised they didn't recall him

He looks far more exciting than pretty much all their other full backs

Sounds weird to say given he scored in both games, but I wasn't that impressed with him against us. At PR especially he had a bit of a torrid time and if not for a deflection we'd have been saying he didn't look all that. Saying that, he's looked good other times I've seen him play. Not sure I'd want him here though, don't think he's as good a fit for us as Davis or Clarke.

A lot of people seemed to be critical of him, yet Plymouth I felt did a pretty good job of stopping us down both wings, not many sides have done that, this season

He's a real talent .As evident by his YPOTY accolade. Can't deny, he's stepped up in some big moments this season.
Picks up a lot of bookings. Saw a stat this week, think it's a yellow every 40 minutes or there abouts, for Mumba.
Would hate him to come here, for the Budgie link.
But if he was a player that had come through our youth system. I'd be really excited about him..

A yellow every 40 minutes would mean he gets sent off every time he plays a full game. It would also be circa 100 yellow cards over a 46 game season.

You'd think/hope we'd set our sights on better targets that Mumba.
US owners can now start confidently investing and securing players with Premiership capabilities & potential, as opposed to players to get us out of League One. Ashton did this successfully at City when he poached the likes of Webster for 3-4m. I think we'll see a very similar approach here this summer.
