I actually think the opposite. Wednesday (or Peterborough if they'd gone through) have exerted so much physical and mental energy to get through the semi that they may just not turn up for the final. Barnsley and Bolton are good sides and as magnificent a result as it was for Wednesday, I didn't think they looked an especially good team. They just kept launching it and throwing bodies forward and hoping something came off, thankfully for them it did but that won't work at Wembley against Barnsley or Bolton who are both sound defensively and have real threats on the break as well.
