The back four last night 18:17 - Sep 20 with 729 views | Mullet | The central two especially were in the running for MOTM, not because Soton looked particularly deadly but when they got half a chance they showed why they'd got Prem experience. Unlike Leeds, we isolated them enough to breakdown their moves. Perhaps dropping Morsy back a little was a result of Taylor being a tad overwhelmed but it allowed us to push wider and threaten more because of it. Clarke especially was better than he looked previously this season. Whether it's evidence of improvement or just showing we can grind out wins is rather moot now we kept it at 1-0. After the 1st goal being ruled out for nothing and Chaplin being so unlucky I'd have been gutted with a point by full time.

The back four last night on 20:00 - Sep 20 with 548 views | cbower | I think it's evidence we are a properly coached squad - not just a team but an entire squad. Whilst for a few years under Mick we had an identity (albeit a quite functional and tecnically limited one), since the Evans takeover and right up to the appointment of McKenna we never looked well coached. I envied so many other teams who looked well driilled, had clear patterns of play and you could literally see the work done on the training ground. It's a pleasure to watch Town right now. As opposition managers have commented, our players know their roles. Reward I guess for hard work. Long may it continue.
