One of my friends and my biggest right hand man is a guy I’ve known since 1983. We both grew up in a different industry and we used to be competitors. Anyhoo, that all went out the window and we both got into the industry I’m in now - that was in 1996 but 7 years ago his premises was sold and he retired - he’s 76 now.
Not sure why I waffled on about that but anyway, he lives in Epping and my office is Norwich. He comes up all the time and does all the weeding and tidying up and general crap jobs and always refuses money.
I’ve done it again! Get to the point Lucan.
He supports Arsenal but last year he mentioned that he had never been to a live football game. So, naturally I took him to our next game and he reckons it was one of the best days of his life.
