Morsy & Leif yesterday…. 11:22 - Oct 29 with 1026 views | ITFC_Forever | Leif gave the ball away which put Plymouth on the attack and fortunately it came to nothing. He immediately put his hand up to apologise, and Morsy gave him an earful. A minute or two later, Leif immaculately controls a pass from Vaz and clips the ball through got Hirst to run onto and score and therefore registers yet another assist. Two things - Leif has the strength of character to not let his error affect his game, and immediately rectified his mistake. Other one was who was the first person to come and congratulate Leif on the assist? Sam Morsy - what a leader. Will give out the stick when it’s warranted, but will be the first to congratulate you when you do something good. [Post edited 29 Oct 2023 11:22]

Also, the ref was the first I've seen who actually told us after that goal, to hurry up with our usual extended time goal celebrations. Obviously didn't feel able to tell Morsy to get a move on with the part of the celebration that involves kneeling.

Several refs have done, we usually just ignore it.
