Yes, we started to push them at the end. And they were solid professional Prem throughout which is tough when you’re struggling. I’d tell the players they did all that was asked of them. But they played like sh/t now have a laugh at how bad some of it was. I thought Ball’s slip instead of a thunderbolt volley summed his night up – but extra credit to him for sticking in there and not losing it. [Post edited 1 Nov 2023 22:17]
