But from the map and closures I'm a little unclear whether Town fans will actually be allowed over the bridge by the Railway Tavern at all?

Will they have to head over Sir Bobby Robson bridge? or even down to the marina?

Assume that's going to be heavily policed, and immediately provides focus points for trouble and possibly making it more dangerous for Naaaridge fans that venture outside of these zones.a

What about those coming from Town Centre with tickets for SAR? Will they have to go around the whole ground to get thete?

Delighted I booked my usual parking space near the station in plenty of time for this game and will have to walk the long way round to get to the ground!

I reckon turning left out of the station to the Sir Bobby bridge will be best, but that's going to be a bit busier than usual presumably.

Pub.. continue down Princes Street and turn left on W End Rd at Maltings or left on Grafton Way at Police Station to Russell Road past Crown Court then round to Constantine

You can actually go further than Hollywoods (the maltings) its after the fire/police station at Grafton where you can get to... but must turn left or right. Left for direct SAR access and Constantine Road for Pioneer and North.

To answer this question: 'What about those coming from Town Centre with tickets for SAR? Will they have to go around the whole ground to get there?'

The map in this news story shows how people from Town come round back of PR to get to SAR (but is misleading in terms of access from station (as above)
