We've lost no ground on Southampton and are still in a position we wouldn't have dreamt of.

Last couple of games has been damage limitation, and we've came out as unscathed as we can. Here's to a busy January and a fortnight on the training ground to get things back up and running for Sunderland.

Still very much in dreamland as far as the season overall goes.

I agree. Frustrating but can see why Kmac sees the positives. We are digging deep and showing character to deal with tough period and injuries. Edmundson a great example. Such professionalism.

It's out turn now. Need unwavering support for the team. They've been superb.

Would have taken a draw before the game tbh, it was qpr where we ought to have picked up a win but both the last two ravaged a bit by illness and injuries. It’s a bit of potency up front we need which is obvious and the key player to get seems to be Stansfield who looks an ideal fit plus will be well up to speed.

We've been flying, on cloud 9, in wonderland, having a whale of a time for a whole year - an absolutely superb period of massively entertaining dominance rarely seen except by those right at the top of the pyramid - now we're having to hunker down for a few weeks and take a few draws and even (shock horror) a defeat!

...before we go again. COYB.
