Am I right in thinking the only time a manager has left us for another job is the England job? Or has there been one before my time or one who I have forgotten who got poached?

That's a pretty ringing endorsement of how much the good managers appreciated managing the club ... and probably a fairly damning indictment of how poor the ones we sacked were too!
