I wonder how the squad dynamics change with OH signing for a reasonably large fee. When he came in last year he was pretty much unknown and had a lot to learn.
He's gone from being the newbie to being a record signing and I would expect a reasonable salary hike, I wonder how it changes the dressing room dynamics.

Yeah. And this group of players are going to need to get used to better, more established players coming in on more money than they are. You'd imagine Johnson is going to be on £50k+ a week too. They are both good characters that really improve the squad.
The problem comes when you get a bad egg on big money that isn't delivering. That's what we need to be really careful of. But we've never signed one of those under McKenna, our recruitment character wise has always been spot on. |  | | |
