Nearly always do. Looked like a scrappy 1-0 French win from 40 minutes out really. Ironically for the 5-10 minutes before the goal though it looked like Belgium had finally realised they had a chance and stepped it up a bit. France kind of just did enough but not impressive. Tbh haven't been excited about many of the games. Belgium got what they deserved. Sat back waiting to hit France on the break and it was always going to be France that scored and it really depended on when. Yes the goal was a tad fortunate, but if you don't shoot you don't score. France had over twenty shots to Belgiums three. De Bruyne was played deep and Lukaku never got any change out of the French defender. Spain apart there hasn't been many teams that you could call great. Most cancel each other out and England are too slow to catch a cold. Their build up is sideways and backwards. I think we need more mobility up front. Maybe Cole instead of Kane. Certainly Southgate needs to sort out something that works. |  | | |
