Although the speculation won't be helpful once they do sack him, I am far from convinced that McKenna would seriously look at going if he was offered it. Some very good managers have failed there and few are given much chance before they are sacked. McKenna knows he has a good thing going here and he also knows the chance at United will come up again ... and again ... and again. He would be better off developing as a manager before going there and sorting out their mess for them ...
