HR Dilemma 19:41 - Oct 4 with 1237 views | Chris_ITFC | I work in HR and the company caught a guy working abroad on his laptop a few months back - only cos he lost the bloody thing, all kicked off and a good guy got the sack. Now I've heard a rumour another one is off to France soon and planning the same. Do I monitor him and report it (probably get me a cheeky pay rise out of it), or just pretend we can't track it to avoid the fuss? Thanks.

You've made a bold assumption there. Who said they were on holiday?

I'm reviewing the policies as we speak.
