But having just watched Spurs make a tactical change at half time that turned their game against West Ham, the timing of our changes is very predictable.

It was obvious at half time that the midfield needed more pace, that O’Shea would not offer an attacking threat we needed to get back into the game at 2-0 down and that Burns was ineffective on the right. Yet KM sticks to the same game plan that clearly isn’t working before making changes at pretty much the same time we do in every other game.

After reading multiple threads last night and this morning it is clear that we have finally reached the point where we know exactly what Kieran needs.

McKenna has very rarely made early subs whilst in charge, subs at 60 is still pretty early for him

He could certainly have made some at half-time

Personally I think a few things need to be changed

O'Shea can't be playing right back

The Phillips Morsy combo needs looking at

Omari needs to play on the right with Chappers or Szmodics starting down the middle

Clarke probably shouldn't be a starter at the moment, I might even consider Delap on the left and Hirst upfront at times

We need to be a little braver on the ball, there have been a lot of what I call unforced errors going forward at times, where we just pass to an opponent under little pressure

I know Everton perhaps sat back deliberately in the last 20 minutes but we looked more like the side last season, which showed some glimmers of hope, which we need to be taking forward

Alcohol is the answer but I can't remember the question!

Yes I think KM does need to look at this, there are certain games where the changes need to made earlier and i think yesterday was definitely one of them.

Yesterday we played right into Everton's hands and made them look like Real Madrid!

Dyche, who has been around a while, clearly did his homework on how we play and managed to stop us... We were well and truly off it yesterday, which is a shame
