Absolute p1ss take to be taking so long scanning everyone before getting in. Taking absolutely ages to get everyone in, and causing an access issue for anyone coming behind the stand to get to the Pioneer Stand.

I'm guessing quite a few people missed the start of the game today.

It always appears to be the upper tier that always have queues. Almost walked straight in for lower tier at 10 past 4.

Apparently now we're in the high profile Premier League we are a target for terrorists and others wanting to do evil. Hence the metal detectors and the Hostile Vehicle Barriers deployed to excess in various locations obstructing fans who just wish to get to and from the game.

Doesn't help that the upper holds a third more than the lower but only has the same number of turnstiles.

It would've been more helpful to have turnstiles at either end of the stand to help spread it out a bit more too.
At the gate where I was someone who looked like a supervisor came along and told them to start scanning down the queue rather than waiting for each fan to come to them which did seem to speed it up, but potentially need more people scanning if the insistence to do everyone is the requirement.

Whole process pretty pointless me and everyone in front me got asked do you have keys or a belt when replied with yes then waved straight through!
