QPR v Watford 12:47 - Jan 1 with 1885 viewsgainsboroughblue

Giving this a look as it's football, I'm hungover and feeling lazy etc.

But why the hell are Watford wearing black? Completely unnecessary kit change. A massive part of a club's identity are their colours. Small thing but it irrationally boils my p1ss a bit.

I don’t understand why, when it’s a small ground anyway, they have the front six rows of the lower tier away end blocked off.

I was just thinking what a pitiful away turn out that is from Watford. It's literally down the road. Any London or Londonish club should have two tiers at QPR.

QPR are giving that tier to home fans as a matter of course this season. You can buy a flexi ticket (pay up front for 3, 4 or 5 games and then pick which ones you want) for about £15 a game in that section so presumably no visitingteam will get both tiers.

Another notable facet of this game is that 35 year old Jack Colback is on the bench for QPR.

But then they cordon off the front six rows? Seems weird for a cash-strapped club to do that

Probably to stop away fans in the tier above dropping stuff. Loftus Road rarely sells out anyway.

That lot up the road are wearing their 3rd kit at Luton. Like anything clashes with that monstrosity of a kit.

That kit is truly awful.

Much like the standard of football. I didn’t realise Norwich were that bad.

But Town wearing their 3rd choice pink kit at Spurs was OK?

They're dire.

In L1 news how bad are Peterborough at the moment, dreadful form and currently losing to bottom of the table Burton. Wasn't long ago Peterborough were decent at that level, they're in danger of getting sucked into a relegation fight now.

Ferguson out...for 6 months until he returns for the 20th time.

That Posh-Northampton-Cambridge triangle is absolutely dire in League One this season.

Guess selling your best players every year catches up with you, even if you've got a good track record of replacing them like they have.

I'm still genuinely furious about how they lucked four points out of us last season.

I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.
