The rocket itself doesn't seem to be anything special, a simple two-stage to orbit design with no reusability (landing of booster for instance).

Looks like it'll be cheap though with regards to KG cost to orbit but it'll only carry small to medium sized payloads.

Obviously a market out there for it or they wouldn't get backing but overall it's not hugely exciting even if it is trying to get a launch site in Europe rather than relying on other locations around the world.
