The ref was also very good to allow the advantage to us following the foul by Milenkovic (for which he was booked retrospectively btw). That decision led directly to our second goal. Other refs would have just blown immediately for the free kick which would have likely resulted in Everton reorganising and thus providing a less clear opportunity for us to score.

Looked back at it on MOTD on Iplayer and looks more like 'simulation' than Ben Johnson last week where he went down under the pressure of a challenge.

Wonder how many ‘head injuries’ you would have if there was a 2 minute assessment imposed on them to be sure they are not concussed?
