I can’t swear to this but the impression I had was that Cat1 is all wrapped up in the new training facilities, as in the new facilities will be needed to get Cat1 over the line.

So it’s at the very least 12 months out.

Maybe a question for Phil to ask the next time he’s at one of Ashton’s ‘Barbques’
