They think that Premier league matches at 3pm of which there normally no more than 3-4 will affect EFL 3 pm kick off attendances and hence EFL 3pm cant be shown live?

Any one who wants to watch Premier League football on the TV at 3 o’clock on a Saturday can - just not legally, they may as well make it legal, it won’t change a thing.
