Do we ever play first teamers in the U21s these days? 17:05 - Aug 26 with 518 viewsMatt_Netherlands

Now we are out of the carabao cup, players like Humphreys, woolfenden, Kipre etc will be very short of game time. From what I can see, we can play up to 5 over age players in the U21 league, so should we be making more use of this?

Used to often have first team fringe players appear in reserves games, but rarely seems to happen now. Guess it’s a balance of keeping first team fresh but giving young players the chance to grow and improve.

We haven't done in the past. Whether moving up to PL2 with a higher standard means we use it for players coming back injury like Burns remains to be seen.

Baggott and Barbrook both featured against Leeds U21 on Sunday.

Poll: How many points do you think you'll need to get a ticket for Norwich?

No.

That’s not a thing anymore.

RIP Sir Bobby
