Got away with it, or unlucky not to bury them 14:32 - Oct 25 with 692 viewsMullet

Doesn’t matter, we just needed to get that win. Hopefully we don’t lose either 10 for long, both very unlucky today.

Hopefully this ends the mass rotation and opponents are all given enough respect to play our strongest possible team. Taylor, Egeli, Azon, even Nunez will all wonder if they might have made it more comfortable today I suspect. Felt like a confident team and a settled one smashes WBA today.

Felt like the players had been drilled on being sharper on the ball and less wasteful, if we can improve off it we become the team we probably expected us to be.

Important turning point today.

It hung in the balance around 60/65 mins but we pushed on well after the changes.

There is clearly no confidence in the squad but WBA were a pretty meagre opposition. Great result, hopefully we can push on.

Think we need Clarke and Philogene off Azon next time out. Hirst looks lost.

I know that was then, but it could be again..

I think it’s brilliant that Clarke is a finisher and it seems to suit him perfectly. I also felt Hirst started much better and his hold up play was evident. I just can’t fathom how Ivan hasn’t had 3 or 4 now. Poor fella can’t catch a break.
