Agreed. For me, we can debate the merits of the managers we see in the various shortlists but getting the right character is key.

KM got us, he worked every minute of the day to move the club forward and he showed loyalty.

We need to get someone with those qualities. Not the next cab on the rank.

I listened to the KOA podcast yesterday for the first time in a while and it was pretty disappointing. Watson still a really good writer but was quite a hard listen I thought. Was also shocked he was advocating for O'Neil and Steve Cooper.

I respectfully disagree, i feel very lucky to have KOA and the Blue Monday guys releasing content (for free) every week of the year. I don’t always like or agree everything they do but mostly i feel they are good at bringing balance to emotive issues.
