Lovely Gardening Day. 15:03 - Sep 24 with 513 viewsStochesStotasBlewe

23c here at work in Redgrave this afternoon. A bit of a hazy high cloud up there but very pleasant to be toiling for my sins.
It seems that the flora in most cases has recovered a fair bit from the extremes of a month or two ago and although we still need some rain, it’s been quite heartening to see.
Nature is incredible.

We have no village green, or a shop. It's very, very quiet. I can walk to the pub.

Everything’s been growing like the clappers over this way after nearly a couple of weeks of rain at the start of the month and now a couple of weeks of sun. It’s stupidly mild for September. It’s lovely.

Although there are some confused plants out there, second crop of mulberries, citrus in flower and a solitary snowdrop in Aldeburgh!

It was warmer Wednesday here in Benters, yesterday we had a cold Easterly wind coming in from the sea.But still plenty of sunshine.

The only plant I lost due to the heat and long dry spell was a Bamboo doesn’t make sense does it.
Maybe it will come back,I will leave it alone until next Spring and see if it comes back.
