Ok, seems like a weird title, but this is a thread for tracks that were demos but never made it to a finished, polished and produced song. I reckon you'd do well to beat this little beauty...
I always wished they'd make it properly when I was younger (I heard it on a very early bootleg) but I kind of like the fact that it's always stayed in this raw state. Gives it an extra charm.
I can't think of anything as good that was abandoned by a band and never properly made (although I appreciate it's a tough category to know about given the nature of it).

Well it's fun, and utterly bonkers, but it was properly made. So doesn't count.
Well, tracks like Long Distance Operator, Apple Suckling Tree, Katie's Been Gone and pretty well everything else from The Basement Tapes - do they count?

You might be talking in a foreign language now. Is that a recipe for a pie?

Or the whole of the original mix of Catch A Fire which was then overloaded with electric guitar solos to flog to the Americans. Granted, it came out 30 years later, but it's still an abandoned masterpiece.
Though that doesn't really answer the original question either.
