The new Adidas and the retro kits 15:35 - Jun 10 with 1751 viewsMullet

Any major difference in fit?

I put on my old adidas one and it was a bit old school Kappa kit in a couple of places. When I looked on Planet Blue the size guides seem to be in completely different dimensions to each other too.

I've compared both in getting the same size, the Wembley 2000 retro is about 3 sizes smaller (no lie). Couldn't even get it over my shoulders.

That's utterly bizarre. I'm assuming you're not oddly shaped but the shirts are then!

Quite fancy the white Pioneer one and the new away kit, although is £45 a price hike? Am sure they never went north of £40 before. £85 for things I'll hardly wear and potentially won't fit into without trying on seems a faff now.

....I can back him up on this.

Got my play off shirt delivered today.

It's more like a cycling top and will be going back.

Hmmmm I can believe you're oddly shaped in fairness.

Had a rather disappointing conversation with the club on Twitter about this. They seemed to suggest it was normal and refer to the Copa size guy. I have and it's not even close. They said they'll measure my returned item against another.

Someone joined in that they were in the club shop and someone else was having the same problem.

Very disappointed. It is not even slightly out size wise.

Copa sizes are very, very tight compared with most brands. You will need to get at least one size up from usual.

From memory btw, the 99/00 shirt was a bit tight relative to previous and next kits.
