He was given a freebie last season (despite having more time than Hurst to fix the mess that he inherited) and he has now had three transfer windows and we look no closer to having an identity or a way of playing.
Not sure what hold he has over Evans but whatever it is the owner has been very foolish and for an almost billionaire businessman that is very rare however when it comes to football he seems to make more mistakes than good decisions.

I done something yesterday ive never done before, I left my seat in NSL and went into the pioneer lower on about 75mins, I wanted to be a bit closer to see the players, the manager, see how they were dealing with being 4-1 down at home, in L1.
no idea what I was hoping to achieve from this, but I done it anyway.
at the end I waited by the tunnel, every single one of those players were done, empty, not a single hope from me that we'll make top 6. chambers shrugged shoulders when fans asked him "wtf is going on" not a fck was given by any player walking in. weak scared little boys.
then comes lambert, him and that tit beside him that gets booked on the bench every week. I couldnt not say it... "paul that was a fcking digrace, why aren't they up for this" just full on empty look back at me, for an angry jock not a single reaction. atleast MM would have told me to fck off
we are done mate, not going up. the manager and players think they are better than L1, they haven't got the fight for it, the bottle or drive. |  |
