Think he hit a new level this weekend when on Friday evening he announced the false information that there was to be a Marcus Evans protest pre match Saturday . This information that i think originated came from an internet troll ,so i'm told , should never have been annonced on TV without the proper checks .This evenings programme made no reference to it or any apology . |  | | |  |

Have a friend who works in local news in the East Midlands - he's previously mentioned to me that some local journos (TV/online/paper) have been known to create fake profiles on SM to do exactly what this poster did to get reaction and thus create "news", which they duly report. Nothing major in the grand scheme of things, but it's the drip effect of these stories that get into people's heads... |  |
