Radio is describing it as 4-3-3 like this.

I hope that if the formation doesn't work, he is prepared to tweak it slightly.

However, the positives, no Edwards at right back or wing back. Bishop, Huws and Sears in. Not relying only on Keane for a goal threat.

I am more optimistic now I have seen the team. However, I am cautious thanks to the number of times my optimism has been dashed so far this season.
