Yeah I would. He kept the score down in that game and did his best to marshal the youngsters. He'd be more than good enough but does present the same problem as Norris last year.

I sense we don't have enough faith in the two young keepers so presume this means loans for them and Matthews or a senior keeper in.

I also noticed Raggett was released by the Budgies today. I can imagine we'll be seeing him in Div 3 next season too.

Well him and Norwood's poor finishing kept the score down at Bolton.

As you say it depends on whether either or both of the other keepers are trusted enough to be seen as back up to Holy.

If we are after a second senior goalkeeper then he fits the bill.

I didn't want to be too harsh on Norwood given his popularity etc. but also I remember crediting Matthews a fair bit that day too. He did pretty much everything a GK could do and I think I suggested we'd have benefited from that sort of display.

Raggett wouldn't be a bad option for centre half, has the physicality that we have sometimes been missing. An upgrade on Wilson.

It was a strange game because once we were 2-0 ahead the game was pretty obviously won and the goals that followed were not really celebrated.

I do remember thinking that I hoped that we did not miss so many chances in a tighter game because it could cost us.

I saw the Raggett release earlier. Suspect he will end up at Pompey again though where he had a successful loan spell last year.
