Interestingly, the people who complain loudest about such things, are probably the people who will complain most about a programme exercising its freedoms so wildly...
Series 1 was excellent, a bit of a dip in 2, but 3 was cracking and 4 is very enjoyable so far.
Its dark, funny, silly in places- but knowingly so. Inventive and warped in a way that very few things are. For those not familiar, it features a disllusioned, whiksey drinking, fag smoking preacher who unwittingly receives an angelic power which was supposed to be used elsewhere. he sets off, with girlfriend and 100 year old irish vampire mate looking for answers and to demand answers from god.
It plays like a warped road movie. |  |
