that's the first truly worrying performance

I don't understand why we have taken Sears off who seemed to be our only real outlet in the first half

We look massively devoid of pace, I hope Keanan and Jackson can add that as the season goes on

Alcohol is the answer but I can't remember the question!

I've only been flitting in an out as I'm essay writing but it's REALLY unclear why he put on the pedestrian Judge when it was looking like we needed some extra pace in behind and someone also able to help cover Kenlock.

I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.

OK.

Downes on for Bish made perfect sense, they were strolling through the midfield and it needed someone able to put their foot in and break up the play.

But

Judge for Sears made no sense at all, it seems to me that PL is worried about changing systems mid game, and the way we were set up, was clearly not working for us.

Plus, he's absolutely desperate to shoe-horn in Judge at all costs.

Yep, Bishop had been invisible in that second half in particular. He'd done the odd good thing in the first half, including being in the box for the goal (we could have had a penalty shout there) but him for Downes was the right thing to do.

Judge coming on though? No idea.

He does seem to be which is another strange one. The only thing he seems to add is set piece delivery, it's a signing which has never quite worked out.

What worries me is we're starting to look like a fairly standard League One side, totally devoid of any real athleticism.

Let's hope Keanan is a star and adds another dynamic to this side because at the moment, I worry a more competent side could rip us a new one.
