Cool. It's humbling to think about how long ago this happened and we're only seeing it now. The time the light's taken to reach us is apparently similar to how long it took Douglas to get from box to box.

I shoud revisit that telescope thread from the other week. I've always been tempted to buy one for my own interest and to try and get the kids interested in something other than screens. Plus we live in a low(ish) light polution area.
