A manager that just starts winning games will solve most of the problems at the club, especially if they can do so whilst genuinely ingratiating the academy. If we were in the division above with Woolfie, Downes, Dozzell and Lankester playing well we'd have £30m of assets which could facilitate any rebuild. There are problems at the club, it does need a lot of investment to catch up in a number of areas, but the only way to get that is to be successful |  |
