We do in Dr Chris Whitty and Chief Nurse Ruth May, but they refuse to listen to them until it's too late, generally.
May was dropped from briefings and pressers for refusing to back Classic Dom and Whitty has been persistently sidelined when it doesn't suit.

Those disappeared a while ago. CS pensions are now the average earnings type rather than the final salary type.
