Whenever this is claimed they need to throw statistics at them.

How many shots on goal did each side have? How many corners? How often did we even get into their penalty area compared to them?

They seem to think football matches are won on some other factor. Bearing in mind I don't think possession looked at all good for us either, tonight, I am starting to wonder what statistics those are too.

That was the most comprehensive 2-1 defeat ever. Totally outplayed by P’boro.
We seem unable to string more than 2 passes together. They had good shape, with players passing crisply to each other. They looked to be in a different league to us and could well be next season.
