Am I being double dicked? 23:08 - Apr 28 with 1056 viewsFrank_Dollop

Forget about the I follow deduction issue.

Pretty sure I elected to allocate my 2019/20 refund to reduce my 2020/21 payments. Let’s say the 19/20 refund was £75, therefore my £400 ticket for 20/21 has cost me only £325. But I’m only going to get a £125 refund now (325 less 200 charge for ifollow). However, if I had elected for my 19/20 refund in cash, I would be £75 better off.

Please tell me I have got that wrong ??..

Your maths is definitely right. But my recollection is that they never gave us the option for a cash refund for 19/20, discount off this season was as good as it got wasn't it?

Could’ve got a ‘cash’ refund but paid in three instalments. Or vouchers for the shop.

My original direct debits came to £333 then the payments were reduced to cover the repayment so didn’t pay that much :o)

Didn't it say something about any credit from 19/20 applied will be carried over? I thought it had said that when I read through but as I'm not a ST holder anymore I only read over it the once.
