TBF it's the deep rooted attitude issues Cook has a problem with more than anything else.

Poll: When we're finally freed from Mick McCarthy would you like to see Burley as DoF?

That stood out to me, it does feel like Cook has rightly destabilised players who were maybe too comfortable with the idea of putting the season to bed and turning up next year.
ME always said for the right price everyone is for sale, so realistically nothing has changed - unless we suddenly let contracted players walk for peanuts, hope that doesn’t happen.

My comment was firmly tongue in cheek, but you're right, I think Cook is a smart individual, i've listened to him talk on Podcasts and the like before he was our manager and he appears to be adept in man management.

He's inherited a rubbish 'team' not rubbish players, but he needs and demands a big adjustment by those here come pre-season.

Some will sink, some will swim and it's like darwinism at work, the strongest survive as they say.

In the EADT report Jeffers mentions Norwood. The impression I got was that Norwood was most likely to be staying. Supports people saying him, KVY, Edwards and perhaps a couple of others do still have a future here if they want it.

Sounded to me like he was really talking about Norwood, who he’d just name checked. Also I hadn’t really registered that he would have been working under Anchelotti for the last couple of years, and Unsworth as well. If he’s got anything about him he’ll have picked up a few tips from two top coaches.

Just hope his ‘outside of football’ past is in the past and stays that way.
