If you need to change age groups etc i'd save your pain and ring up, yes this will burden their load but i needed to.

I was number 9 in the queue and it took around 20 mins to get through.

Also when online it shows your seat as grey so that confused me.

I finally spoke to a lovely helpful young man who renewed 2 season tickets where age groups had gone up from U19 to U23.

Was a good customer experience and i'm sorted.

Very happy with the customer experience 10/10

He did say its been absolutely bonkers in the ticket offices today! - Good Signs.

I also got 3 Saturday night seats on the plane to the Championship from Ant & Dec !!!

Tried online but it wasn’t happening.

Once I got through to the ticket office they apologised for the problems and renewed our tickets there and then. Very helpful but the woman I spoke to said there are not many people in the ticket office these days and it had been absolute carnage so far today!

Not sure how 20 minutes on the phone could ever be deemed good customer service.

If I can't do it online, I generally don't do it.

I know that was then, but it could be again..

Think I saw a comment somewhere that if you try a different browser it might work? Worth a try. I’ve emailed ticket office as want to swap seats.
