I know one of them used to talk about him highly and say he was 1st team material. Since then it has been a bit of a disaster though, he hardly got a sniff on loan but didn't woolf struggle at Bromley too? |  |

Woolf was fine at Bromley, he had a couple of issues with professionalism etc but still got a load of games under his belt.
Clements got zero.
Clements always looked good, he made his debut away at Luton in Cup when he got a start and struggled to be fair.......this is very much a Dyer decision to keep him on though not Cook. Model pro and good guy, and good footballer - hopefully he'll have a decent season but isn't one you'd bank on making any impact sadly |  |

Nydam needs to go somewhere to get regular games so he can rebuild his career. Much as he has potential he won’t get into the first team here, so better for him to let him go and find a new club. |  | | |

Nydam decision only makes sense to me if there's a fitness issue or if he was the one who wanted more guarantees about playing time. |  |

To be honest when you take the emotion out of it I don't get the fuss of fans wanting Nydam to stay. OK I get he's been injured but him and Dozzell are roughly the same age and was Nydam bossing a game before his injury? No, but fans hold that against Dozzell and happy to see him go but feel we should retain Nydam to see if he can improve.
Personally I would keep both but if PC doesn't see Dozzell improving (and we have to back his judgement) then he clearly also hasn't seen anything in Nydam which suggests he will improve and so we should also back his judgment there |  | | |
