Cricket: So nice to hear a larger crowd at Edgabston 11:03 - Jun 10 with 546 viewsSteve_M

Around 18,000 peer day. Even the bloody trumpet playing Jerusalem feels like a return to something more normal.

I'm going to Lord's tonight for the T20; I'm ridiculously excited about seeing live sport for the first time in 15 months,

I’m looking forward to Stone and Wood charging in hitting 95mph!

Great isn't it?

Hopefully they'll be cheering a victory too against a NZ reserve team.

RIP Sir Bobby

Top work from Crawley to get out in thew same way in three successive innings, for a grand total of five. FFS.

He looks like his place could be under scrutiny, if he can’t get a score in the second innings. Pope is another, he looks good at the crease like Ian Bell MkII and then gets himself out. Just hope Lawrence can make a decent score, he’s been brilliant for Essex over the last few seasons, just want him to capitalise. What is encouraging is Burns is looking more confident by the innings as a test match batsmen. It’s not pretty, but who cares it’s the runs that count.
