I'd love to observe pre-season training this week, really interesting to gauge the atmosphere. What's it like with the U23's - who's being a pro, who's having a sulk, who can't be bothered because they know they are off soon, who is trying to force their way into the 1st team group. Fascinating. I also wonder how the 'us and them' set-up is impacting on the atmosphere of the 1st team group. Most unusual pre-season ever.
